Trip to TEXAS- part 9

The day we left College Station was Jack's blessing date and Tanner's 19th birthday. We drove for about 20 hours straight through, and were exhausted when we arrived back home. However, we are so glad we were able to go. These are some of the finest moments of life!

Trip to College Station, TX - part 7

Jack's blessing day. Jack wore the outfit Ryan, Jeffrey, Michael and Tanner wore. The white blanket he is wrapped in was made for Sarah when she was a baby!

It was just WONDERFUL!

Trip to TEXAS - Part 5

We lived in Austin for 7 years. We loved it there. We went to visit and had a blast. Laura Lee, Addie, Kate, and Tanner went with us. We went to Iron works in downtown Austin, walked down 6th street, visited our old home in Leander, I was able to visit with several old friends, and we got some photos of the girls in the cotton fields!

Visiting Texas A & M - Part 4

Visiting the campus of Texas A & M was great fun!

It was so special to hold Jack!

Trip to Texas - Part 1

I arrived in Texas in August 2010 to see our first grandson Jack William Davis for the first time. There's just nothing like being in the presence of a newborn who is so fresh from God - who is your very own grandchild!

Ryan and Jack's baby pictures compared

Jack William Davis

Jack reminds me of what Ryan looked like as a baby. It's been fun to compare photos. I think Jack has Sarah's eyes and he raises his one eyebrow just like her. It's so cool. Anyway.. I get a kick out of this all!

Here's two more:
